Geisinger is growing and looking for radiologists who are BE/BC by the ABR and have completed subspecialty training in Nuclear Radiology. Join our nationally recognized team of more than 90 radiologists and take advantage of a unique opportunity to perform advanced nuclear imaging in a collaborative, academic setting. You will help deliver high-quality care to patients throughout northeast and central Pennsylvania.
Position Highlights
- Interpret a wide range of nuclear imaging studies, including PET/CT (FDG, PSMA, DOTATATE, and amyloid), SPECT/CT, and general nuclear scans.
- Participate in radionuclide therapy and theranostic applications.
- Enjoy a favorable call schedule: no weekday call and shared weekend general call (with plans to eliminate weekend call in the near future). There is no neuroradiology coverage required when on call.
- The position is based at a single primary location, with opportunities to provide remote coverage for our five state-of-the-art Nuclear Radiology sites featuring Siemens Symbia Gamma Cameras and six PET/CT scanners.
- Engage in resident education in an academic setting; research is not required but can be pursued if desired.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary conferences and integrated care teams.
