Saint Luke’s Cancer Institute in Kansas City is actively searching for a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join
a comprehensive and growing team.
About the position
- The physician will join a dynamic, academically focused, regionally integrated group of oncologists with an emphasis on multidisciplinary care, quality, research, and teaching
- The position will focus on general hematology/oncology
- Commission on Cancer Silver Commendation Accredited Integrated Cancer Network Program and QOPI certified practice
- This integrated group of medical oncologists serves four metropolitan locations in the Kansas City area
- The Saint Luke’s Cancer Institute has a robust clinical research program with NCI, industry and investigator initiated clinical trials as well as a Center for Precision Oncology and a molecular tumor board
- This employed position offers excellent opportunities for research and academic appointments through University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine

Saint Luke’s Cancer Institute, a division of Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City and part of Saint Luke’s, the West Region of BJC Health, one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States. The Cancer Institute provides early detection, expert diagnosis, personalized treatment options, and survivorship support to every patient. The Cancer Institute employs medical oncologists, hematologists, surgical oncologists, gyn-oncologists, and radiation oncologists who subspecialize in every type of cancer, including breast, lung, gastrointestinal, liver, brain, gynecologic, melanoma, and urologic cancers.
