Description
Stony Brook Medicine Department of Radiology has an open position in Nuclear Medicine.
Applicants are required to have either Residency in Nuclear Medicine or Diagnostic Radiology Residency with added competency in Nuclear Medicine or Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine.
The Clinical Radiologist must be proficient in all aspects of Nuclear Medicine, PET Imaging and Theranostics.
Title of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor and consideration of leadership position based upon qualifications.
Flexible Schedule to include on-site and remote shifts in accordance with University policies.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MD, DO (or foreign equivalent). NYS Licensure (eligible). Board Certified (eligible). Residency in Nuclear Medicine or Diagnostic Radiology Residency with added competency in Nuclear Medicine or Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience in all areas of Nuclear Medicine Radiology. Proficiency in Nuclear Medicine, PET Imaging and PET CT. Proficiency in Theranostics.

To qualify for tenure and/or a senior faculty appointment, the candidate must meet the criteria established by the School of Medicine (School of Medicine's Criteria for Appointment, Promotion and Tenure).
