Description
Marin Cancer Care is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible radiation oncologist for a partnership-track position. Located minutes from San Francisco across the Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Cancer Care is a private, community oncology practice with a hospital-based radiation oncology facility. We offer the most advanced cancer treatments and take pride in delivering high quality, personalized patient care. The practice is part of an accredited Comprehensive Cancer Center that provides a full spectrum of cancer treatment services, including radiation and medical oncology, palliative care, weekly multispecialty tumor boards, clinical trials, nurse navigation, dieticians, integrative health, and psychosocial support. We are part of MarinHealth, a University of California San Francisco affiliate facility. The practice culture is patient-centered, caring, compassionate, and highly collaborative.
The ideal candidate is a superb clinician who is also warm and team-oriented, joining a team of 3 radiation oncologists and 7 medical oncologists. Current equipment includes two beam-matched Varian Truebeam linear accelerators with SRS/SBRT capabilities, a kilovoltage treatment unit, and a CT simulator, as well as Y-90, Ra-223, and LDR prostate brachytherapy.
