Description

We have an opening in a private practice group that has been serving an established community hospital with a robust cancer for over 30 years.  There are multi-disciplinary site-specific tumor conferences for breast, H&N, GYN, thoracic and GI cancers.  Oncology Support Services and Integrative Medicine teams are present and dedicated to supporting patients with psychosocial needs during their cancer care.

The cancer center facility has been recently update with a brand new building.  The radiation oncology department will begin renovation in 2026.  The department has 2 LIANCS, 1 CT simulator and 1 HDR unit.  

There are 2 experienced radiation oncologists who you would be joining as a colleague.  Dosimetry and physics teams are on-site.  There are 3 RNs in the department.

Requirements

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician for a part-time position, averaging 3 days per week.  Competence with treating a broad range of cancer types using various technologies (SRT, SBRT, HDR brachytherapy) is preferred.
