Adena Cancer Center is seeking a full-time Radiation Oncologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered oncology program in Chillicothe, Ohio. Our center treats a broad spectrum of malignancies in a multidisciplinary environment, supported by modern technology and a highly experienced clinical team.
Radiation therapy is delivered on two recently upgraded Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators, allowing for advanced techniques and efficient workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a high-quality clinical practice with strong support, modern infrastructure, and work-life balance.
Position Highlights
- 4.5-day clinical workweek
- Generous base salary with additional wRVU productivity income

Practice Details
- Approximately 40–50 total treatment volumes per day
- Physicians average 14–18 patients per clinic day
- Two matched Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators
o SGRT using Varian Identify and BrainLab Dynamic Exactrac
o DIBH and respiratory gated radiotherapy
o Eclipse treatment planning with Radformation Autocontour and EzFluence
o Integrated EPIC and Aria EMRs
- High-volume disease sites include lung, breast, prostate, and head & neck
- Clinical trial participation through NCORP
- Commission on Cancer–accredited program
