Position Overview
Radiation Oncology Associates, Inc. (ROAI) is seeking a highly-qualified, board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to fill a full-time position. The primary practice location is in Providence, Rhode Island, with additional clinical service provided at our Brockton, Massachusetts site. This exceptional opportunity comes as a result of the anticipated retirement of a senior partner, offering a clear path to partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive radiation oncology care to a diverse patient population across Providence, RI and Brockton, MA facilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical oncologists, surgeons, and support staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement activities within the practice. Engage in community outreach and education as part of ROAI’s commitment to advancing cancer care in the region.
Qualifications and Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board certified or board eligible in Radiation Oncology (American Board of Radiology or equivalent). Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Demonstrated proficiency in advanced techniques, including Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), and GYN Brachytherapy. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills with a patient-centered approach. Note: This position is not eligible for J1 or H1B visa sponsorship.
