Radiation Medicine Associates (RMA) is currently recruiting at least 1 board certified/eligible radiation oncologist to join our busy practice. RMA is a 5-member, physician-owned independent practice with over 100 years collective experience in radiation oncology. We have a planned retirement upcoming in 2026 which is the reason for the vacancy in our practice.
We are a single specialty group practice of radiation oncologists in the Oklahoma City metro area. We practice at multiple hospital-based clinics within the metro area. We are looking to hire partnership-track physicians who are looking for a long-term practice opportunity. We will entertain applications from new graduates as well as mid-career physicians. As we want any physician new to the practice to succeed, we are flexible as to optimal practice location for the applicant.
The position is for part-time (3-4 days per week) employment with competitive compensation as well as additional benefits including retirement contributions, health insurance, malpractice coverage, educational allowance and coverage of professional memberships and licensure.
Our sincere intent is for every employed physician to become a partner in 2 years.

RMA’s diverse practice has very supportive clinical partners in a multi-site local hospital system in the Oklahoma City metro-area. We currently can treat our patients utilizing numerous platforms including multiple Varian TrueBeams, Varian Edge radiosurgery platform, Y-90 liver radioembolization, and proton therapy. This is a partnership track position. We collaborate through numerous multidisciplinary conferences and can facilitate disease site specialization if necessary. Compensation will be competitive.
