Radiation Therapist (Oncology)

Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a full-time Radiation Therapist to join our Radiation Oncology team in Vineland, NJ. Under the direction of the Chief Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care by safely and accurately administering radiation therapy treatments. In this role, you will be responsible for patient scheduling, simulation, treatment delivery, and thorough documentation, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary oncology team. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly pay range of $44.45–$61.02.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate patient treatments and simulations to support efficient clinical workflow
• Safely and accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments
• Perform patient simulation procedures and assist in treatment planning processes
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care and treatment records
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality assurance standards
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and clinical staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid New Jersey State Radiation Therapy License and BLS CPR and ARRT certifications required
• Completion of an accredited radiation therapy program approved by the Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners required
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience preferred
