Hematology Oncology Opportunity

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking to employ a Hematologist Oncologist to join the growing practice at Southern Ocean Medical Center’s (SOMC) Medical Pavilion in Manahawkin, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of the expanding team at Hackensack Meridian Health.

Highlights:

• Inpatient & Outpatient Opportunity: Our Medical Pavilion is conveniently located on the SOMC Campus
• Ideal Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule from 8AM to 5PM and 1 in 5 call schedule
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a strong support team, including two colo-rectal surgeons, radiation oncology, GI specialists, and other subspecialists
• Comprehensive Services: 24/7 hospitalist service presence, in-house intensivist coverage, robust IR for biopsies, infusion center, and access to various specialists, including thoracic surgeons and orthopedic subspecialists.
• Research Opportunities: Collaboration with Jersey Shore University Medical Center on trials and advancements in the field, to contribute to cutting-edge research and innovative treatments.

Requirements Include:

• Current New Jersey Medical License
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
• Medical degree from a recognized medical school
