Physician-owned and managed breast surgery private practice in East Valley, Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Breast Surgeon to join our team in the Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler area. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional breast surgery care to our patients, and we are looking for a talented surgeon who shares our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
Fellowship training in Breast Surgery, new fellowship graduates welcome
BC/BE in General Surgery
Eligible for Arizona Medical License
Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care
Visa assistance may be available for selected candidates

Key Responsibilities:
Perform breast surgery procedures, including lumpectomies, mastectomies, breast reconstruction, and other related surgeries
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies
Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, risks, and benefits
Ensure accurate and timely medical record documentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in breast surgery techniques and technologies.
