Join the clinically highly productive, expanding Radiation Oncology department at White Plains Hospital's Center for Cancer Care, a Commission on Cancer accredited facility and leader in oncology care in Westchester. White Plains Hospital is a member of Montefiore Health System.
The Department offers state of the art technology including a Varian Edge with 6D couch and Radiosurgery System, Varian Truebeam Linac, GE big bore simulator with deviceless 4D as well as RGSC with gating, Align RT, Varian Bravos multichannel HDR Brachytherapy and Gamma Tile Brachytherapy. You will collaborate with cutting edge oncologic specialists, participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards (the Cancer Center runs 11 multidisciplinary tumor boards each week) and have access to a diverse clinical trials portfolio to enhance your state-of-the-art Radiation Oncology practice.

Salary: $425,000 - $525,000
The listed salary range may vary based on specialty, experience, education, and other factors.
What you’ll do as a Radiation Oncologist:
- Develop and oversee individualized radiation treatment plans for cancer patients, including simulation, dosing, and targeting of tumors
- Collaborate with medical oncologists, surgeons, and care teams to determine optimal, multidisciplinary treatment strategies
- Monitor patient response to radiation therapy, manage side effects, and adjust treatment plans as needed throughout the course of care
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks while ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications you’ll need:
- Graduated from an accredited Medical School
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Oncologist
- At least 2 years post-residency experience
- Experience with Gyn Brachytherapy
- An active New York Medical License
