Position Overview
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our growing team full-time. The ideal candidate is a clinically excellent, compassionate physician who thrives in an independent practice model and is dedicated to building strong relationships with local referring providers and patients.

Technology & Linear Accelerators: Varian TrueBeam®
Specialized Modalities: High Dose Rate (HDR) Brachytherapy, Radiopharmaceutical Therapies, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS.
Support Staff: Full team of dedicated physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, oncology nurses and oncology nutritionist.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive clinical consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
Design and approve precise external beam plans, HDR treatments, and manage radiopharmaceutical therapies.
Collaborate closely with the physics and dosimetry teams on quality assurance.
Participate actively in local multidisciplinary tumor boards.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community referring physicians.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
Board-certified or board-eligible (ABR or AOBR) in Radiation Oncology.
Eligible for or holding an unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
Demonstrated experience or training in HDR brachytherapy and unsealed radiopharmaceutical administration.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
