Deaconess Health System has 4 Radiation Oncology locations and 5 providers to allow for great collaboration and plan review.
Typical Weekly Expectations: consider weekly OR daily flow
4–8 new patient consultations
25–40 follow-up or on-treatment visits
3–6 simulation approvals and treatment plans
Participation in weekly tumor board
Daily Flow
1–2 new consults per day
4–8 follow-ups or on-treatment visits
Protected time for contouring, planning, and chart review
Optional HDR brachytherapy based on interest and experience

Scope includes general radiation oncology with IMRT, with opportunities for SRS, SBRT, and HDR depending on physician interest and experience. Radiopharmaceutical experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits
A competitive employed compensation package is offered and will include:
1-year Guaranteed Base Salary: $700,000
Productivity-based bonus opportunity
Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with a 5-year contract or $75,000 with a 3-year contract
Student Loan Assistance: $75,000
Residency Monthly Stipend: $2,000 for up to 24 months
