Description
We are looking for a full-time Radiation Therapist in a hospital setting in Chicago, IL.
We are open to both new graduates and experienced therapists. Come join our team of compassionate and knowledgeable therapists delivering high-quality treatments to patients in Chicago.
Successful candidates will have an eye for detail and precision. They will be organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and able to carry out accurate treatment as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
Qualifications:
- Experience in CT simulation.
- Accurately set treatment parameters.
- Able to carry out requested imaging on linac
- Familiar with various treatment techniques such as prone breast, DIBH, SRS, SBRT
- Will take the time and effort for good documentation in EMR.
- Will be able to perform warm-up and QA for the linac.
- Takes pride in their work to deliver high-quality treatment.
*Fluency in Spanish and/or Polish is a plus
*Experience with True Beam operating system is a plus
Pay: $43.00-$55.00/hour
**Salary commensurate with experience**
On site work with varying shift availability

Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program.
- ARRT certification required.
- IEMA certification required.
- Must hold valid state license for radiation therapy.
