Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy to patients as prescribed.
• Ensure patient safety through adherence to radiation safety protocols.
• Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals for treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments.
• Assist with opening new departments and orienting to new settings.
• Troubleshoot and operate complex equipment like TrueBeam.

Qualifications

• ARRT (T) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy.
• Experience with TrueBeam and related equipment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by AHA required.
• Experience in outpatient radiation oncology settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
